Tuesday the bus came to pick Cassie up at 6:45am, Wednesday, they pulled into the drive, without warning...usually her aide gives us a head's up when she gets enough coverage/bars to make a call, and we were 5 minutes late, but they wait, cuz they were trying to get the heat to work. WTF! Shouldn't they have gotten the kinks out before the start of the school year? I'm just saying...but I digress...Thursday, today, the bus comes at 6:50am. That's almost back to last year's time of 7:10am. Either way, Cassie is slow to wake up and motivate, so we're really not liking this early hour.
And coming home...steadily arriving at 4pm. Makes for a long day. And the teacher wrote me a note saying they don't have steady work at MOARC, the Hope Network in Paris, MI, so she probably will remain in the class and not have much chance to work this school year. Whatever....
But, she came off the bus very happy to be home, laughing because the afternoon aide didn't have any sugar-free candy, so it was a good day.....
